Imagine an ethereal marble fountain with a single stream arching into an umbrella that blankets and glides down into its basin. Its basin fills and overflows into the surrounding pool. The pool pours over into an infinity of surrounding pools - expanding and overflowing endlessly…

That is abundance. An innate connection to an infinite resource has bestowed upon us the simple fact of being. Through trust, we tap into the realm of abundance, recognising the soft signs of its ever-present flow. It calls us inward, to the fountain within that ever-floweth, guiding us to find comfort in peace, peace in joy, and wholeness in trusting the infinite unfolding of life.

Abundance returns us to a position of power with self, asking us to reclaim our role as co-creators with the universe and each other. To speak and pour into life what we seek from it, and to watch as it pours back into us. The soft balance of trust, rest, dream, presence, and action. Abundance is the elemental alchemy of life itself.

Abundance Collection

The textiles

Drawing inspiration from adire, a traditional style of tie-dye and batic, native to the Yoruba culture, our textiles introduce bold, bright colours and playful shapes to an age-old technique. Layering elements like our organic shapes, with cultural symbols like ‘circle of life’, contemporary patterns like ‘excitement’ and stylised pours and sprinkles, we bring to life pieces that embody the celebration of life.

The colours…

Blending the worlds of fine art and fashion, the designer based the colour scheme on ‘Cycles’ (2017), the first-ever self-initiated painting at 16 years old. A scene somewhere between dusk and dawn - a transition period capturing the time of both night and day.

The collection draws on this transitional period, using night and day as elemental textiles that celebrate the unique magic each time period offers.

Day, like light, is a symbol of growth found in boldness and claimed presence. Night, a keen to ‘shadow’, drawing on the alchemy of quiet reflection and internal growth.

Meet the Designer

Adanma Nwankwo

Adanma Nwankwo is a Nigerian interdisciplinary artist with childhood dreams of being a Fashion designer and a late teen resolution to be an ‘Adanmaist’.

At seventeen, she co-organised her first fashion show, Twist Fashion Show, alongside two friends,  an early expression of her love for design and collaboration. Going on to study Fine Art, she connected with playful experimentation - entering the world of textile design and the history of Nigerian craft and art— a journey that redefined her relationship with fashion.

Inspired by the Abundance Collection and the synchronicities that guided its creation, she’s founded Adanma’s Fashion as a grounding space for this vision — a manifestation of a long-held dream, where art, fashion, and spirit flow as one.
